Head of Planning, Maddy Winter, Planning Officer in charge Jason Owen and Chair of the Northern Area Planning Committee attended the Pyestock Planning meeting to see how it should be done. Let’s trust TVBC and the Councillors take note of the precedent now set which allows enough time for democratic discussion to take place on the most important issue to face the council for many years.
