The TVBC Councillors Vote to Refuse the Planning Application of Goodmans and Tesco The Planning Meeting at the Lights on the 1st September 2008 produced a great result for Andover and the surrounding parishes. The Megashed was stopped dead in its tracks thanks to the common sense of Andover Councillors who did not believe the recommendations and re-assurance of their Planning Officers. After the meeting a quick photo call for some of the STOP team.
